1. 21 ounces of turkey breast
2. 1 teaspoon salt
3. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
4. 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
5. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
6. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
7. 1 teaspoon agave syrup, honey, or maple syrup
8. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
9. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
10. 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Combine all marinade ingredients and rub the mixture thoroughly into the meat. Refrigerate the marinated meat for one to two days before roasting.
- Place the marinated meat in a charcuterie net for easier slicing and shaping. Bake using the Steam Fry mode for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F), turning the meat after 20 minutes. Then, flip the meat and bake for an additional 10 minutes at 160°C (320°F). If you don’t have a steam function, use the Air Fry program instead.
- Use a thermometer to check the internal temperature, which should reach 75°C (165°F) in the thickest part. If needed, bake for an additional 2 to 3 minutes at 160°C (320°F) on the other side.
