1 whole chicken (about 3.5 pounds)
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon wild garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Remove the backbone from the chicken, place it breast side up, and flatten it by pressing down with your palm.
